NEET UG Admit Card 2020 released

 The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG examination on Wednesday.

Candidates who have registered for the examination can download their NEET UG Admit Card 2020 (NEET UG Admit Card 2020) from the official website ntaneet.nic.in, this examination will be conducted on September 17.

Procedure for downloading admit card:

1) Go to the official website ntaneet.nic.in

2) Click on the admit card link on the homepage.

3) Fill the mandatory details such as your application number, password, and date of birth.

4) Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.

5) Download and take the print out.

Earlier on Sunday, the NTA released a detailed protocol for the NEET UG 2020 examination amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Under this protocol, the candidates will be given separate time slots to report at their respective centers to reduce congestion at the examination centers.

Here is the list of mandatory protocols released by the NTA:

1) All staff members and candidates to be checked with Thermo guns at the entry point for fever. In case, any staff person and candidate is observed to be having above-normal temperature (>37.5°C/99.4°F) or displaying any symptom of COVID-19 suspect, they will be placed in separate Isolation Room as stated by NEET official website.

2) Body frisking will be avoided and candidates will only be screened with metal detectors.

3) Manual attendance with signature will be taken by the candidates and thumb impression will be avoided.

4) Due to the Coronavirus crisis in India, the number of centers has also been increased to 3843, earlier it was 2546.

5) For the maintenance of social distancing, the number of candidates sitting in each room has been reduced from 24 to 12.

All these changes are been made for the safe conduction of the examination.
