Although many people are criticising it but still it a great relief for prosecuted communities of muslim nations or any nation of world like pakistan, afghanistan.
This act is controversal because it excludes muslims from it. But if we look at history or present situation. Hindus percentage are declining in pakistan and afgahnistan. The hindu's who are coming from these countries are telling their stories of  prosecution or terror from militants. So we can not ignore these facts.
