Modi Govt came to power in 2014 with 52 percent majority. From 2014 to 2020 ,Modi govt have made several policies which put the great change in the country.
Creation of NITI Aayog
Modi govt replaced the planning commission with NITI Aayog which have created a great change in the planning process of india. Basic changes occur due to this step:
1. More representation of states.States are directly involved in the planning process.States have proactive role in planning process.
2. NITI AAYOG have power to do lateral entry of talent from other organisations.It put great flexibility in putting the best people in planning process.

1. Corruption is declining
2. benefit is given to needy people not to non deserving people
3. Confidence of people is increasing
4. Many People of the weaker sections have opened their accounts. It leads to financial inclusion of people.
Swatch bharat abhiyan
It is the one of most appreciated decision of govt which have gained the worldwide praise.

E-Governance
It has created a great transparency in govt procedures.
Govt have introduced GeM portal for any govt procurement so now there is no commission for any orders
CPGRAMS grievance redressal portal which links the common man grievances with the PMO.

It is designed to boost the productivity of MSME
Demonetisation
Demonetisation is the most controversal topic. Some people appreciates it or some criticise it.The basic ideology of this step was to clean black money. The major change we have observed is that people have shifted towards to digital money or more white transactions. It has introduced the concept of cashless economy

GST
Goods and service tax created a uniform taxation system in the country. Majority of business get entered in billings(white bills or original taxation bill)

Kashmir policy
Kashmir is a disturbed state since independence. Modi govt have adopted the concrete policies to solve the kashmir problem
1. Abrogation of Article 370
2. Creating a opportunity for the youth of kashmir. Govt is trying to seek a investment in this state so that people come to join mainstream. Many education or awareness programs run by the govt to put the youth in mainstream
3. Giving autonomy to army in certain matters so that they can effectively clean the militancy in kashmir.
Citizenship act
Although many people are criticising it but still it a great relief for prosecuted communities of muslim nations or any nation of world like pakistan, afghanistan.
This act is controversal because it excludes muslims from it. But if we look at history or present situation. Hindus percentage are declining in pakistan and afgahnistan. The hindu's who are coming from these countries are telling their stories of prosecution or terror from militants. So we can not ignore these facts.
In brief this govt is putting a great effort to make india a powerful, democratic republic
